Integrated Units

Intelligent Energy Station designed with anti-corrosion and noise reduction canopy, so no need for a chiller room and saves 50-60% space. As it is a self-developed intelligent control system it have an efficient and energy-saving operation state, also the COP is increased by 20% thereby the operating energy consumption is saved by 30-50%. TECKA intelligent energy station adopts the patented double-cooling condensation technology which reduce 50% comprehensive water consumption. Patented dual cooling condenser adopt “self-cleaning” anti-fouling technology, featuring high heat exchange efficiency, corrosion resistance, lifetime free cleaning. The system could be equipped with the VSD technology which maximizes the energy-saving operation of the chiller. The Micro-resistance transmission and filtration technology reduces the total head of the chilled water pump and improving the system COP. Chillers and Heat Pump

Adopt the world’s most advanced 5:6 asymmetric rotor tooth profile, featuring high efficiency, superior safety performance, and strong adaptability to working conditions. The single unit cooling capacity can reach 5180kW, and the comprehensive Integral Part Load Value IPLV is higher than 6.6. Adopt the design concept of risk diversification and use the multi-head design method. With the function of 3.75%~ 100% dynamic continuous energy adjustment, which makes the unit output cooling capacity fit the actual air conditioning load of zero deviation. Adopted Siemens industrial PLC controller and the zero defect protection design concept. Separate the strong and weak electricity to reduce the interference of strong electricity to the weak electrical signal. The compressor adopts zero-gap aviation-grade bearings, patented “α” type balance drum technology and double-layer shell design, with low vibration and low noise of the unit. The ice storage dual working condition unit adopts the patented technology of non-shared evaporator, which can not only improve the Coefficient Of Performance of the unit during conventional cooling, but also avoid the secondary heat exchange loss and secondary pump cycle energy consumption during conventional cooling. Air-cooled Screw Chiller equipped with a heat pump dedicated high internal volume ratio compressor. The fin heat exchanger adopts a hydrophilic film coating, which can effectively improve heat exchange efficiency, prevent ventilation blockage, minimize the frosting probability of the unit in winter and delay fin corrosion. The regional frost-free design minimize the frosting probability of the unit in winter and improve heating efficiency. The dual liquid injection system ensure the safe operation of the unit motor for more than 100,000 hours. The zero defect  protection design concept adopted for safety. Siemens industrial PLC controller adopted, with the characteristics of high control precision, compact structure, good expansion performance, convenient for the software upgrade, powerful command functions, and convenient for networking. Separate the strong and weak electricity to reduce the interference of strong electricity to the weak electrical signal. No additional metal electrostatic protection board is needed to protect the unit. Make the unit work more stable and control accuracy is higher. The compressor adopts zero-gap aviation-grade bearings, patented “α” type balance drum technology and double-layer shell design, with low vibration and low noise of the unit. Air-cooled Scroll Chiller adopt modular design method, with the features of a flexible combination and strong adaptability. Single module with compact structure it’s convenient for transportation and hoisting. Equipped with an international brand heat pump dedicated high internal volume ratio compressor, make the unit could better adapt to low pressure and high pressure ratio working conditions in winter heating conditions. Multiple refrigeration circuits and multiple compressors design, with the features of low starting current and flexible energy adjustment. The regional frost-free design to minimize the frosting probability of the unit in winter and improve heating efficiency. Adopt the zero defect protection design concept for safety. The computer intelligent control and combined with the protection design concept of zero defect, with the functions of multiple protection and monitoring. Adopt large diameter and low speed axial flow fan, the unit vibration is small and the noise is low. Refrigeration Screw Type Chiller Unit adopt low temperature special type high internal volume ratio compressor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the unit at lower water temperature. Terminal Devices

Purified Modular Air Handling Unit designed in accordance with Chinese national standard GB / T14294-2008 and European standard EN1886-1998. Designed strictly in accordance with the oncoming wind speed of the air cooler less than or equal to 2.5m/s, which completely eliminates the possibility of “water drifting”, and ensuring the best filtering efficiency of the filter and reducing the unit resistance loss. Adopt “extended type” optimization design concept to ensure that the steam in the humidification section is fully absorbed and the airflow in the equalizing section is fully expanded, the cross-section flow rate of the unit is more uniform, the heat exchange is more sufficient, and the filtration is more efficient. The machine shell adopts “constant temperature and constant flow “No-freon Polyurethane foaming technology. The bevel dry stainless steel water pan prevents the microbial breeding and water pan rusting. The three-dimensional vibration reduction technology in the fan makes the unit runs smoothly in the vertical and horizontal directions, with low noise and vibration, and extend the belt service life. It’s optional for TECKA centralized control system to be adopted to centrally control the host, water pump, air-conditioning unit and valves, which is convenient for operation and saves energy. The machine shell adopts “constant temperature and constant flow” No-freon Polyurethane foaming technology, which can not only ensure a lower heat transfer coefficient and higher structural strength of the shell, but also effectively avoid “over-foaming” and “under-foaming”. Optional humidifier, variable frequency motor, junior and Pre-filter and Hepa filter, full heat recovery and other devices to meet different requirements of users. Wide range of residual pressure types are optional for users. Multi-condition air cooler design software system to ensure the design is more reasonable. Jet type AHU is suitable for long-distance air supply without air pipe in big space, and the maximum air supply distance is 60m. Ball nozzle design makes flexible the air supply angle within±30 degrees, high air capacity, long distance and low noise. The constant temperature and constant flow, No-freon Polyurethane Foaming technology, which not only ensure a lower heat transfer coefficient and higher structural strength of the shell, but also effectively avoid over-foaming and under-foaming. Optional humidifier, variable frequency motor, junior and Pre-filter and Hepa filter, full heat recovery and other devices to meet different requirements of users. Multi-condition air cooler design software system to ensure the design is more reasonable. The parameters are as follows, Air capacity:1000m3/h~12000m3/h, Cooling capacity: 5kW~216kW, Heating capacity: 9kW~231kW, Water capacity: 1m3/h~37m3/h.

Adopt cold-rolled silicon steel motor, equipped with high-quality capacitors and coil overheating protection devices to ensure safety. The motor adopts oil-containing closed bearings, no need to refuel, which greatly reduces the maintenance work. Hydrophilic membrane heat elongated design is easy to drain, corrosion resistant, difficult to deposit ash, and the efficiency is high. The unit adopts the extended air cooler design, combined with the central symmetrical air outlet technology. Elongated water tray wrapped with heat-pressed PE insulation cotton to prevent the secondary condensation effectively. The unit coil unit and the water tray are internally connected at the bottom of the “Ω” type, instead of being installed on the side, so as to avoid the condensed water polluted the ceiling by the screw cold bridge during side installation.
